Here is the bell schedule for this school year. Things to note are that we begin our day at 8:30 and will be offering breakfast to students starting at 8:10. We will end our day at 3:30.   

School Procedure updates: I would like to emphasize a few important procedures updates that contribute to a positive learning environment at North Arvada Middle School:

Personal Electronic Devices Procedure: To minimize distractions and ensure a focused learning environment, we have a strict no personal electronic device policy during school hours. Personal Electronic Devices should be kept securely in backpacks from the beginning of the school day until dismissal. If there is an emergency and you need to reach your student, please call the main office at 303-982-0528 and we will get you in contact with them.

Lockers: Students will be able to request a locker through our Student Services office this year, but we will not assign lockers to all students.

• Learning Materials: Classes may require unique or specific learning materials, but all students will need to come prepared daily with a pen/pencil, paper, and their charged chromebook and chromebook charger once issued. If you need support with these materials, please reach out or have your student complete the student services request form. 

  Attendance Submission: It is crucial that students arrive on time and ready to learn each day as it has a great impact on a students academic success. If your child will be absent, please notify the school office by using the Campus Parent Absence Request tool in Infinite Campus. 

What is the Campus Parent Absence Request Tool? 

The Campus Parent Absence Request Tool is a function within Infinite Campus (IC) that improves the reporting of excused absences for families. Families can use the Campus Parent Absence Request tool to report same-day or upcoming absences with ease. We encourage you to use this new system. But don't worry, the old system is available to continue using if you prefer. 

How it Works:

• You can access this tool within the Campus Parent app or website. Specific instructions on how to use the tool can be found in the following documents. You can click on the setting icon at the bottom of the video to select your preferred language.
